November 9, 2011
We had a great time in Montreal & Toronto with the Johnny Canuck show. Thanks so much to Carolyn Flower & Sharman Yarnell in Montreal and Deborah Knight in Toronto for all the promotion and support. They all went well beyond what they were contracted to do. Wonderful women all...they sure have more energy than me! And now I feel I have new friends in Canada! Thanks you guys! Hope we can all work together again soon.
Linda's Aunt Marie & Uncle Tom Hill treated us like royalty in Montreal. What a treat! Marie's cooking and Tom's wine were fantastic. They spoiled us so much. I love you both!!
Everyone in Canada treated us so well. First in Vancouver in Sept. then in Montreal & Toronto in Oct. I sure hope we can do more shows in Canada. I'm ready to tour the whole country and see all of the wonderful places Johnny Canuck travels in the story. Thanks to everyone....hope to see you all again soon.
Johnny Canuck in Vancouver

September 21, 2011
We had a great trip to Vancouver doing the musical odyssey "Johnny Canuck". The show ran Sept. 1 through 4 and got great responses at all the shows. Vancouver is a beautiful, friendly city. Wish we had booked a couple extra days for sightseeing, but what we did see was incredible. My friends, Jon & Michelle Povill who moved to Vancouver 3 years ago took us to a couple of beautiful scenic spots including their home overlooking Howe Sound. Thanks Jon & Michelle and for coming to the show with friends & family!
Next month we're going to Montreal to perform at the Crowley Arts Centre on Oct. 22nd & 23rd. www.crowleyartscentre.org and then to Toronto at the Factory Theatre Oct. 28th, 29th & 30th www.factorytheatre.ca - Check the calendar page for details! thanks to all who came to the shows. Hope to see more of you in Montreal & Toronto!

November 9, 2010
I'm leaving on Friday, Nov. 12th to visit my daughter, Autumn, in South Africa. She has a new son, Ethan, who I'm going to meet for the first time. He's almost 11 months old and I can't wait to meet him. My other daughter, Sarah is traveling with me. We'll meet up in Atlanta and fly together to Johannesburg, then a shuttle flight to Capetown. This is Sarah's 1st trip to S.A. and my second. We return Nov. 29th. Of course, I'll be adding photos and updated information when I get back and I'll keep you all posted when the information goes up. Stay tuned for more!
Love to all,
John

A new website
-
March 5, 2010
Well, the latest news is I am building a new website myself! Now don't get me wrong, I'm no webmaster. I didn't know how to change anything on my old website, but thanks to the folks at HostBaby I can now build my own site and still keep my original domain name and associated email address! Lots of fun, but a bit of a learning curve. I'll be working on it and fine tuning it for awhile, so check in from time to time and see how I'm doing. Hope to hear from you!
